1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing Aikihands.com, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, this Disclaimer, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must leave and cease using this website immediately.
2. AGE RESTRICTION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase martial arts equipment or any restricted items from this website.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, own, and possess the ordered items in your country, state, or local municipality.
3. MARTIAL ARTS & EDC PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
• Products sold on Aikihands.com — including but not limited to nunchaku, training gear, and everyday carry (EDC) items — are intended solely for responsible use by individuals who are properly trained and proficient in handling martial arts or tactical equipment.
• Aikihands, its owners, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any misuse, illegal use, accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from the handling, use, or possession of items purchased from this website.
• The buyer assumes all risks and full personal responsibility associated with the ownership and use of these products.
4. WOODWORK & CUSTOM LASER-ENGRAVED GOODS
• Due to the natural properties of wood, handcrafted and laser-engraved items may feature unique grain patterns, knots, and colour variations. These are natural characteristics, not defects, and add to the individuality of each piece.
• For custom-engraved orders, the customer is solely responsible for providing accurate spelling, details, and text approvals. Custom personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All original content, logos, designs, text, and imagery on Aikihands.com remain the intellectual property of Aikihands and are for personal viewing only.
• Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, broadcasting, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited and violates copyright law.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
• All items are subject to a strict quality inspection prior to dispatch.
• Custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable for change-of-mind requests. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
